Warm In hairdressing terms, this refers to the amount of red in a base colour. It can apply to most hair colours- redheads, blondes and brunettes can all have warm or cool shades.
Wavy Refers to a hair type that is a mix between curly and straight hair.
Wax A type of hair product used to style short hair. It adds texture and holds the hair in place.
Weft A panel of artificial or natural hair added into hair to give the illusion of thicker or fuller hair. We often use these in photographic shoots.
White White hair is often called grey, but really it is hair with no pigment (see grey hair).
Wig - A wig is an artificial head of hair, we often use in shoots when we can’t change the model’s real hair.
