All new extensions services require a consultation 5 days before, so we can match the hair colours & provide and accurate quote. The hair itself should last a year, and you will need to have the extensions moved up regularly as your hair grows. You must use sodium-free shampoo & conditioners on extensions, as salt can weaken the bond to your natural hair. All O&M haircare products are sodium free.

The popularity of our team requires 24 hours notice when cancelling

or rescheduling an appointment. If you miss an appointment  your
next booked appointment will need to be prepaid.
